We chatted with Walsh, Founder and CEO of Formula Fig, who shared more information about her skincare boutiques, treatments to try, and more.

Splurge Treatment: The most luxurious of our treatments has to be The Bespoke 60-Minute Facial. While our other facials are 30 minutes in length, this one gives you more time with your Skin Educator so they can create a custom treatment for you, and allows you to enjoy an extremely relaxing lymphatic drainage massage.

Insider’s Favorite: I love to plan so I can have a facial and injectables appointment in the same day. Depending on what my skin needs, I’ll choose a facial; if I’m feeling dull and dry I’ll go for Hydrate + Glow or All-In because of the Diamond-Tip Microdermabrasion, but if I have an event and want to look super-sculpted I’ll choose the Lift + Tone. After my facial, I’ll see one of our expert medical injectors for a top up on Stingers (neuromodulators) or Plump + Rejuvenate (dermal fillers).

In addition to facials, guests can add on LED light therapy and injectables to their service.

Most Unique Treatment: Our Collagen + Texture Facial features nano-needling, a technology that is not widely oﬀered. Pain-free and non-invasive—unlike its cousin, micro-needling—this modality uses shorter silicone micro-pyramids (each 1/3 the diameter of human hair) to infuse vitamins into the skin by creating tiny micro-punctures, leaving the top layer of the skin intact and eliciting a healing response.

This treatment works wonders for fine lines, dehydration, uneven skin tone, and the appearance of pores. We follow the nano-needling with a calming cryo-therapy massage, which helps soothe any temporary redness. This allows the guest to continue about their day without any downtime.
